THE VINEYARD: 60% Young Sémillon vines, 40% Sauvignon Blanc FERMENTATION: The vinification was carried out only in rounded concrete vats in the shape of a tulip. STYLE:The color is bright yellow. The nose has very fruity aromas of very ripe fruit, dried fruit such as apricot but also honey. The mouth presents a full and fresh attack. The volume in the mouth is significant with a nice, fairly powerful finish.
