A blend of 75% Carricante and 25% native Sicilian varieties (Catarratto, Inzolia, Grecanico, Minnella, and Coda di Volpe), sourced from a mix of older and younger vines in San Lorenzo, Feudo, and Calderara Sottana. The wine undergoes no malolactic fermentation and aged in stainless steel on its lees for 6 months.
