Crafted entirely from Cabernet Franc, this wine originates from old vines nestled in Clos de la Renière, positioned on the outskirts of Puy-Notre-Dame. The soil consists of clay-limestone topsoil overlaying tuffeau chalk bedrock. The grapes are directly pressed, and fermentation initiated in tanks and then bottled for its second fermentation. After aging for one year on the lees, it is disgorged with zero dosage.
