A blend of 90% Nerello Mascalese and 10% Nerello Cappuccio, sourced from high-altitude parcels (650m–800m) on Mount Etna’s northern slopes. His estate wine made from younger vines. Fermented in stainless steel with a 10-day maceration, it ages 12 months in Slavonian oak and concrete, followed by 6 months in bottle
