Sourced from vineyards located near the domaine, situated at the outskirts of the village of Puy-Notre-Dame. These vineyards are planted in clay-limestone soils, and tuffeau chalk. The grapes undergo 100% destemming, followed by a brief 3-5 days of cool maceration to retain fruit character. Ambient yeast fermentation and the wine ages for 4-5 months in stainless steel tanks.
