The 2021 Fleurie Chapelle des Bois offers crisp raspberry and Tayberry scents on the nose, quite compact at first, slowly unfurling with aeration. The palate is medium-bodied with supple tannins, pretty with fine structure, tapering just a little towards the end but without compromising its elegance.
