The 2016 was sourced from Grand Cru Oger in the Cote des Blancs and is 100% Chardonnay. The wine was bottled in May of 2017 and spent about 4 years on the lees. The dosage is Extra Brut, with 4 g/L added.

As an addendum to, less a subset of Berechee & Fils, the Raphael et Vincent Bereche line of wines was formed to allow the brothers more breadth of vineyards and regions from which to craft wines. Though in its infancy, the R&V wines were merely finished by the brothers, in later years they have both tended the varied vineyards and performed the winemaking; without a doubt, these are today stunning wines of incredibly value.

Always tiny production, hand-crafted wines from vineyards outside of their home village of Ludes. Often times the vineyards from which the titular wines are crafted will change, the quality will never vary from the extreme highs we've come to expect from the brothers.
